As the architect of HireFX's cutting-edge human capital solutions, Jim has designed systems that have processed more than one million job applications for clients around the world.

David Longden

Founding Advisory Board Member

The founder and President of Advantage Interactive Corporation, David has been at the forefront of developing interactive applications for use in the human resource and service delivery fields since 1989. David introduced telephone-based interactive hiring solutions to the North American market and pioneered the use of the methodology in a number of different applications, including specialized tools for the Call Center industry.
